執 (量)

執，量一種，手指公同食指執起份量^[1]，尤其講鹽講糖講香料講鼻煙^[2]，並唔講準確幾多。

有啲會定，以茶匙計，八分一，十六分一^[3]，甚至廿四分一^[4]。然而無一定準則。
