歐洲人權法院
提示：呢篇文講嘅唔係歐洲法院。歐洲人權法院，亦都叫做斯特拉斯堡法院 (英文：Strasbourg Court)[1] 係一個由歐洲評議會所設立嘅國際法院，位於法國斯特拉斯堡。呢個法院嘅基礎係歐洲人權公約，所以聼嘅案件基本上都係同人權有關。

呢個法院喺1959年成立，喺1960年開始運作。提出案件嘅可以係一個人，一班人，或者46個成員國之中嘅國家。除咗判決之外，法院亦都會提出咨詢式嘅意見。法院所用嘅司法解釋係用歐洲人權公約嘅條款，但係亦都會考慮到案件當時嘅情況。
國際法學家一般都認爲歐洲人權法院係世上其中最有效嘅國際人權法院之一[2][3][4][5][6]，但係法院嘅裁判亦有時受到忽略而冇實行到。
