香港瀑蛙
香港瀑蛙（Hong Kong Cascade Frog，Amolops hongkongensis）係一隻青蛙（true frog）物種，一向以為係香港特有。佢哋啲蛋係生响瀑布濺水地帶嘅岩石表面[1]。喺香港，佢係受到野生動物保護條例保護[2]。

特徵 編輯
身長 40 到 60 cm，個身扁，眼大，背脊有明顯嘅黑點，兮而有粒粒，個肚淺色有滑。
食啲乜 編輯
食烏蠅，蚱蜢同幼蟲。夜晚出沒。
分佈 編輯
一直以為係香港特有，近年至少喺中國嘅廣東省嘅 Neilingdinghu Nature Reserve 搵到。喺香港，佢哋可以喺新界同香港島揾得到[1]。It was found in the tiny little streams in Lung Fu Shan.[3]

The diameter of A. hongkongensis's suction discs is 3-4 times the width of the fingers. It contains the tarsal fold and has white velvety nuptial pads on the first fingers.[1]
