Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis（
聽吓 (幫手·有關)；有時咁結尾 -koniosis），據牛津字典講，係世界上最長嘅英文字，定義 "a factitious word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust found in volcanoes' but occurring chiefly as an instance of a very long word."[1]，意思係『火山肺矽病』。因為吸咗矽（火山又好，其他情況都好）而出嘅病叫 『Silicosis』。
呢 45 個字母又叫 P45 [2]，係第一次喺 1939年嘅 「supplement to the Merriam-Webster New International Dictionary, Second Edition」[3] 度出現。
