2022年猴痘大爆發（英文：United Kingdom Monkeypox Outbreak 2022[4][5][6]）係喺2022年5月4號開始喺英國爆發嘅猴痘事件。早喺2022年4月29日，一名英國居民喺有猴痘流行嘅尼日利亞旅行嗰陣出現咗猴痘症狀。呢個人跟住喺5月4號返咗英國，佢亦因為噉做咗呢次疫情嘅指示個案[7]。

喺英國境內幾單第啲猴痘個案嘅來源重未知。但係，喺5月中旬，倫敦地區似乎有呢隻病嘅社區傳播。東北英格蘭同東南英格蘭亦有幾單猴痘個案，跟住喺英國國外亦開始有多單確診。5月18號起，歐洲、北美洲、南美洲、中東同大洋洲越嚟越多國家同地區都有人中咗猴痘[8][9][10]。英國做咗呢次猴痘疫情喺全球爆發嘅第一個廣泛傳播嘅地方。
