預防式醫療（英文：Preventive healthcare）係指集中於防止疾病發生嘅醫療工作，例如癡肥會提升好多種嚴重疾病嘅風險，所以「鼓勵人做體重管理」可以減少疾病發生嘅機率，因而算係預防式醫療嘅一種形式[1]。
