English: Whilst visiting Canton on 2 May 1947, the Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Mark Young (R), KCMG, conferred on Marshal Chang Fa-kwei (L) the CBE for his assistance to the British Army Aid Group in Kweilin during WWII.
