太陽系外行星
HD 217107 b 係一粒系外行星[2]，喺雙魚座入邊，距離地球大約65光年咁遠。佢圍住恆星HD 217107以七日為週期公轉，被分類為熱木星。因為佢稍為橢圓嘅軌跡，科學家成功揾到星系入面嘅另一粒行星，命名做HD 217107 c。

最初係因為發現恆星HD 217107嘅徑向速度有一個週期嘅變化，呢個變化係由行星對恆星嘅引力造成嘅。喺1998年對HD 217107嘅徑向速度變化顯示，佢有一個7.1日嘅週期變化，變化嘅週期同大細顯示粒恆星係有行星圍住佢轉嘅，而且粒行星起碼有木星咁重[3]。行星同恆星嘅平均距離仲短過水星同太陽距離嘅五分之一。

公轉週期短過十日嘅行星嘅軌跡通常都係好圓嘅，但係HD 217107 b嘅軌跡就比較橢圓，呢個發現暗示星系入邊可能有另一粒行星，而且個距離係喺幾個天文單位之內[4]。2005年，科學家真係搵到另一粒行星，畀咗個名佢叫HD 217107 c。
