前人寫嘅嘢明顯有錯：
一、喺正體中文入面，“杰”同“傑”兩個字都常見。澳洲政府登出來嘅簡體同正體中文稿件原文之中嘅相關譯名，都係用“杰”字。“傑”字出現喺正體字文稿，皆因機器翻譯出錯。例如爾篇政府媒體(https://www.sbs.com.au/language/mandarin/zh-hant/a-man-has-died-and-a-second-man-has-been-rescued-after-they-were-washed-off-rocks-while-rock-fishing)嘅作品有“卷入”、“穫救”、“髮生”同“傑維斯灣”等等例子……簡體原文(https://www.sbs.com.au/language/mandarin/zh-hans/a-man-has-died-and-a-second-man-has-been-rescued-after-they-were-washed-off-rocks-while-rock-fishing)無唔妥。
二、澳洲政府嘅港台繁體中文兩版網站用嘅都係“杰維斯海灣”(https://www.australia.com/zh-hk/places/sydney-and-surrounds/guide-to-jervis-bay.html)(https://tw.sydney.com/destinations/south-coast/jervis-bay)，簡體中文版就用“杰维斯湾”(https://www.australia.cn/zh-cn/places/sydney-and-surrounds/guide-to-jervis-bay.html)，少噉個字。好明顯，作者係知道自己喺度寫緊乜咖。
三、類比“Australian Capital Territory”(澳洲首都領地)同“Northern Territory”(北領地)，得出“Territory”要譯成“領地”，唔係“地區”嘅結論。“Jervis Bay”南部有一忽係“Jervis Bay Territory”，已經喺內文妥當噉引述徂參考，爾家再提一次——“..forming the southern boundary of Jervis Bay...”(https://www.regional.gov.au/territories/jervis_bay/index.aspx)。“Jervis Bay Territory”唔等於“Jervis Bay”，正如“香港島”唔等於“香港特别行政區”。
