Unloaded pictures for ads

The concern being that the only criteria to delete images seems to be the copyright violation, since the images in itself is not an ad but only a logo for a website. Gan 嘅 format 問題

Generally, the font-size element does not defined in the MediaWiki:Common.css, but they're defined in the CSS on the skins respectively. For example, if applying the elements on the Monobook skin, that should be defined in the MediaWiki:Monobook.css. If you want to resize them only for your user account, you can customised in your CSS, for example if you are using the Monobook skin, the location you need to edit is at Special:Mypage/Monobook.css.
