員工認股制度
員工認股制度（粵拼：jyun4 gung1 jing4 gu2 zai3 dou6；英文：Employee stock ownership）係指一間公司俾每位員工持有間公司一小部份嘅股票，即係話間公司賺到錢員工齊齊有得分[1]。
