樸茨茅斯條約

《樸茨茅斯和約》（英文：Treaty of Portsmouth，日文：ポーツマス條約或日露講和條約，俄文：Портсмутский мирный договор）係由日本同俄國喺美國總統西奧多羅斯福嘅調停下，喺1905年9月5號喺美國緬因州基特里嘅朴茨茅斯海軍基地（因離新罕布什爾州嘅樸茨茅斯市唔遠而命名）簽署嘅條約，完咗日俄戰爭。

《樸茨茅斯和約》嘅簽訂標誌住日本同俄國對中國東北同朝鮮半島重新瓜分。條約簽訂後，日本派代表同清國政府代表交涉「東三省善後事宜」，通過《中日會議東三省事宜條約》令清政府承認日俄《樸茨茅斯和約》入面畀日本嘅各項權利。
