思覺失調
一類精神障礙

唔好同精神病質搞亂。思覺失調（粵拼：si1 gok3 sat1 tiu4），又叫精神症（zing1 san4 zing3；英文：Psychosis），古稱失心瘋，失心病，係一類精神障礙，係精神疾病嘅兩大分類之一，另一類係神經症。表現爲思考、感知、行爲等唔自然嘅症狀，呢啲症狀嘅特徵係妄想同幻覺[2][3]，呢種心智失常嘅情狀描摹爲「同實在冇咗聯繫」。嚴密來講，呢啲症狀令人檢討唔到現實（當事人分唔出嗰啲係妄想同幻覺）[3]。好多引發精神分裂嘅原因亦會引發思覺失調，因爲嗰啲症狀亦係精神分裂症嘅症狀。專門意義上嘅精神病（zing1 san4 beng6）就係指思覺失調，放喺精神疾病之下，又稱呼做
