脷尖現象（英文：tip of the tongue，TOT）係指一個人[1]
- 做唔到由記憶嗰度提取一隻字，
- 同時又知自己識嗰隻字，兼且覺得「就快要諗返起」噉。
脷尖現象個名嚟自英文入面嘅說話 It's on the tip of my tongue－意思係「嗰件記憶喺我條脷尖嗰度」，比喻「就快要講得出，但而家呢刻又講唔出」。
