Gardès [1] et Félix Élie Xavier Hulot (Français, 1832-1915) [2], architectes: Hôtel de la Préfecture du département de la Corrèze (1864-1880), inscrit monument historique par arrêté du 4 mai 2000, Tulle, Corrèze, France. Pavillon central orné d'une horloge flanquée de grandes figures allégoriques assises symbolisant à gauche L'Industrie et à droite L'Agriculture, exécutées par le sculpteur Aimé-Jules Dalou pour l'atelier du décorateur Eugène Pierre Lefebvre.
