Sauk
Sauk 係美國威斯康辛州一個縣,以美洲原住民 Sauk 族命名。[1]根據2010年美國人口普查,人口係61,976。[2]縣政府駐地同最大城市係 Baraboo 市。[3][4]
歷史
編輯Sauk係紐英倫開發嘅定居點。建立 Sauk 嘅人全部都係來自紐英倫嘅移民。仲有一啲人,佢哋嘅父母喺美國革命爆發後,由紐英倫搬去紐約上州(upstate New York),之後再搬到威斯康辛。所以早期嘅威斯康辛文化同紐英倫文化一脈相承。[5][6]
地理
編輯據美國人口普查局統計,Sauk 佔地849平方英里(2,200平方公里),當中831平方英里(2,150平方公里)係陸地,18平方英里(47平方公里)係水體,水域率2.1%。[7]
人口
編輯根據2000年美國人口普查[8],Sauk 有21,644戶,55,225人。人口密度係每平方公里25人。種族比例係97.37%白人、0.26%黑人、0.87%美洲土著、0.26%亞裔、0.02%太平洋島裔、0.59%第啲族群同埋0.64%多重族裔。1.70%係是但咩族嘅拉丁裔。按祖先分,50.7%德裔、8.5%愛爾蘭裔、6.5%挪威裔、6.2%美裔同埋5.9%英格蘭裔。按母語分,95.5%英文、1.9%西班牙文同埋1.4%德文。2.16萬戶當中,32.60%有未成年家庭成員,25.20%係獨居,10.60%係獨居老人(過65歲)。
