As I know it, 儒曆 額曆 are for ADs, not for the Lunar calendar.

As I understand the templates is to delimit the date for the event, life or death - an info for convenience to people who modify that date.

儒曆 額曆 are solar calendars. They are different from the lunar calendar.

{{儒曆段}} {{額曆段}} is the template for relative dates in lunar calendar. Since 9th day of 9 month is the different date in 儒曆 額曆 at one particular year, the template is acting as a reminder. If you like a better answer, please ask HenryLi, he will explain better for such template.
