冒險資本
冒險資本（英文：venture capital）係私人股權投資嘅一種。冒險資本做法通常係一間專門做冒險資本嘅公司將自己嘅資金交俾一間啱啱成立冇幾耐嘅企業，俾間新企業攞啲資金嚟做生意。投入冒險資本嗰間公司之所以會噉做，通常係因為佢哋覺得間新企業有發展潛力（甚至係嗰間新企業經已展示咗異常咁快嘅增長），所以佢哋就就肯揼資金幫間新企業搞大盤生意，諗住間新企業搞大咗之後自己就有著數（簡單嘅例如間新企業會還錢）[1]。
