唔畀糖就搞搞震」(粵音:m4 bei2 tong2 zau6 gaau2 gaau2 zan3,英文Trick-or-treat)或者「唔畀糖就搞亂檔」係某啲埞方嘅細路同埋大人喺萬聖節嗰晩玩嘅習俗。喺10月31號萬聖節晚黑,一啲人會著嗮扮鬼扮馬、專登整到好得人驚嘅衫,跟住逐間屋行埋去,向屋入便嘅人大嗌「唔畀糖就搞搞震!」嚟𠼮ngai1屋主攞禮物,通常係或者第啲甜嘅嘢食,之不過有啲埞方都有問人攞錢嘅。而若果唔肯畀禮物佢哋,佢哋就有可能會整蠱屋入便嘅人。

呢種習俗嘅歷史可以追溯到蘇格蘭同埋愛爾蘭,嗰度舊時嘅傳統係喺萬聖節前嗰晩若果表演畀每個屋企睇,就可以攞到嘢食或者口立濕嚟做獎勵。而萬聖節著嘅嗰啲鬼五馬六嘅衫都同呢兩笪埞方有啦掕。19世紀嗰陣,佢哋喺萬聖節期間著到靚一靚噉喺每個屋企門口背誦經文嚟𠼮人攞嘢食,有時仲警告如果唔畀就會行衰運[1][2]
