奇異果蛋白酶
奇異果蛋白酶（Template:EC number, actinidin, Actinidia anionic protease, proteinase A2 of Actinidia chinensis）係一種半胱胺酸蛋白酶。多種生果都含有半胱胺酸蛋白酶，譬如奇異果（獼猴桃屬）、菠蘿、芒果、香蕉同木瓜。[1]
