亞馬遜河
亞馬遜河（英文Amazon River，葡文Rio Amazonas，西班牙文Río Amazonas）喺南美洲，係世界水量至大嘅河。跟住排嗰九條河加埋，水流都唔夠佢來。亞馬遜河響亞馬遜盆地，係熱帶地方，森林滿佈，亦都成日會落雨，雨水就由盆地集埋入亞馬遜河，河水量佔世界五分一。河面闊到連橋都起唔到，不過就算起到，因為森林太大，都冇乜城同埋鎮響呢個地帶。
幾長
編輯由於長度測量方法冇公認準則，亞馬遜河嘅長度就有好多種唔同講法，其中一稱係常見嘅6,400公里[1]，咁計就短過非洲尼羅河少少，做世界第二長河。2007年一班巴西同秘魯學者一齊話搵到新源頭，發表測量河長有6,992.15公里，所以長過尼羅河做世界第一長河[2]。但係事實上呢個河源早響1996年就已經被發現[3]，同埋響2001年被學界確認[4]，所以「新河源」同「新河長」係啱定係錯仍然要等全球地理學界檢驗。
