冇免費午餐咁嘅嘢(英文:There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch,或者There's no such thing as a free lunch,縮寫:TANSTAAFL、TANSTAAFL、TINSTAAFL)係一個好流行嘅講法,係想表達冇嘢係可以白白得到嘅。
呢句話同埋個縮寫係 Robert Heinlein 嘅 1966年 自由主義者科幻小說("libertarian science fiction")The Moon is a Harsh Mistress 嘅重心,令到呢個概念流行咗[2][3]。
