AvicBot is a Global bot for maintaining Interwikis and fixing double redirects. (It was blocked recently blocked as an "unapproved bot" - However, per Wikipedia:機械人政策, "Globally-approved interwiki bots are permitted to operate on Cantonese Wikipedia, subject to [[|Wikipedia:全域權限使用|local requirements.]]" It would probably be a good idea for someone to create that red-link, or clairify that statement, as it would seem to me from reading that statement that Global bots do not need BRFAs, however this seems not to be the case.)
