林兆鑫
香港腸胃科醫生
林兆鑫教授，OBE（英文：Lam Shiu-kum，1943年—）係香港醫生。佢做過香港大學李嘉誠醫學院院長，以及香港前行政長官董建華嘅家庭醫生。

2008年5月23號，廉政公署落案起訴林兆鑫33項欺詐同盜竊罪，指佢涉嫌喺2003年至2006年出任港大醫學院院長期間，處理超過20位瑪麗醫院私家症病人嘅醫療費用時涉嫌欺詐，以及盜竊3名捐款人嘅捐款，涉及款項超過400萬港幣，並加控一項「身為公職人員行為失當」罪名。案件喺2008年6月喺區域法院提訊，法官將案件押後至2008年9月9號再提訊，期間林繼續獲准以30萬港幣保釋。
2009年9月1號，林喺區域法院承認1項身為公職人員行為失當，侵吞380萬元病人贈予港大嘅捐款，並詐騙12名喺瑪麗醫院接受佢診治嘅私家症病人啲醫療費用。佢喺2009年9月3號被判入獄25個月。[1][2] 2010年8月，佢坐咗11個月之後，申請咗「釋前就業計劃」，提早放監。[3]
