成年年紀

(由成人年齡跳轉過嚟)

成年年紀啫係喺法律範圍入面搞清楚大人同未成年人之間嘅嘢。如果按照時間順序嚟排嘅話，未成年人係冇法律條文，噉就係未成年人，而且係承擔咗佢哋嘅人、行動同決策嘅控制，可以達到停嗮阿爸阿媽或監護人睇實細路而受到法律控制嘅責任。依家有好多國家將成年年紀都定喺18歲。而「成年年紀」嘅「成人」講嘅係夠嗮或超過呢個歲數，同未成年人嘅解釋唔一樣。但係有啲國家嘅部分法律入面，可能唔會用「成年年紀」嚟話點分開大人同未成年人嘅嘢。呢度嘅成年年紀係個固定嘅觀念，但呢個觀念未必話明一個人嘅成熟心理。雖然話到咗大人嗰陣就有邊隻權利或義務，但呢啲權利或義務都有法律嘅限制。好似參加選舉或揀咩高等職位，都係有限制咗年紀嘅。

唔可以同性交年紀、結婚年紀、停學年紀、買酒年紀、彩票年紀、駕駛年紀同丼飛年紀搞亂，因為呢啲嘢冚嘭唥都唔多關成年年紀事，甚至係唔啦更嘅。

講深啲 編輯

成年年紀好容易同「合法年紀」搞亂[1]。雖然話呢兩個係分開咗大人同未成年人之間嘅嘢，但講深啲，「成年年紀」有絕對嘅含義。喺法律嘅術語入面話到，「合法」就係「證明」咁解，而且佢重可以扯埋個法定強制性執行嘅權利同特權。但「合法年紀」話嘅係如果邊個人到咗指定年紀，喺有合法證明嗰陣可以喺政府度攞合法嘅權利嚟做嘢喇。而「成年年紀」話嘅係一個人係點合法從未成年變成大人咁解[2]。

成年年紀凈係單丁控制一個人係咪有自由、行動同決定嘅權利。包括家長或監護人，養緊細路或青少年嘅人都有權話停嗮同控制佢有關嘅法律責任。

差唔多冚嘭唥嘅司法權都係自動咁畀已經結咗婚嘅人變成大人嘅，但喺大體嚟話，響現役武裝部隊服緊役嘅細路都可以話係大人嘅[3]。
